Job Responsibilities
1. Collects information of products' behavior and specifications from Designers.
2. Must be up to date on new customers' norms and ASK environmental equipment.
3. Must be able to use all measurements and monitoring equipment used for antenna validation in the Laboratory.
4. Must control the equipment for the correct behavior of laboratory equipment and inform Laboratory Quality Responsible about anomalies.
5. Must use the post processing tools for processing all data collected during qualifications (measurements, monitoring).
6. Builds up equipment set up for monitoring antennas and build set-up for environmental test execution.
7. Executes environmental tests.
8. Writes reports using templates.
9. Must follow the Laboratory Quality Manual in performing the tests.
10. Performs measurements of antenna before and after the execution of the tests.
11. Analyzes the measurements during qualifications in order to see if the DUTs are ok/ko.
12. Informs project team of any technical problem or criticality occurred during the execution of tests.
13. Must perform climatic chambers maintenance by following best practice guidelines.
14. Must tidy up instruments after usage.
Skills Required
Degree in Electronic Engineering or Telecommunication;
English Language;
Knowledge on environmental testing of automobile customer;
Knowledge on environmental test equipment (climatic chambers, salt fog chamber, vibration systems);
Knowledge of general purpose instrumentation (multimeter, oscilloscope, datalogger);
Knowledge of antenna's dedicated instrumentation (monitoring systems, measurements systems);
Knowledge of post processing data tools;
Teamwork;
Problem Solving;
Knowledge of radio frequency antennas behavior and measurements.
