Description and Requirements Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic and results-driven digital marketer with a strong focus on social media management for Motorola in the EMEA region. This role will drive brand engagement, oversee asset utilization, and collaborate closely with global and local teams. The position can be based in any Lenovo location within EMEA. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Lead Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for the EMEA region that ensures brand consistency and market relevance. Agency Collaboration: Manage relationships with the EMEA social media agency, overseeing content creation, localization, and distribution across multiple channels. Local Team Support: Work with local marketing teams to execute social campaigns, ensuring adherence to best practices and governance. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key social media metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, community growth) to continuously optimize campaigns. Asset Management: Oversee the management of campaign assets—selecting, adapting, and deploying existing content for effective social media use. Paid Media Oversight: Provide strategic direction and budget supervision for paid media initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall brand goals. Data-Driven Insights: Analyze digital performance data to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations for campaign improvements. Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with global and local teams as well as other stakeholders to align digital initiatives with business priorities. Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in social media or digital marketing roles. Campaign Management: Proven experience in managing asset creation, localization, and multi-market campaign deployment. Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of social media platforms, digital advertising, and analytics tools. Creative Skills: Ability to develop engaging content and visuals tailored to target audiences. Analytical Mindset: Strong skills in performance measurement and campaign optimization using data-driven insights. Project Management: Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously under pressure. Communication: Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills; fluency in English is required, with additional European language proficiency as a plus. What can we offer?
