We are currently recruiting a local HR expert in Italy. The main responsibilities include maintaining client employee relationships, handling employee onboarding, transfers, relocations, and offboarding, verifying payroll calculations, and providing daily consulting and client relationship support. The role requires coverage of multiple European countries, familiarity with European labor laws, and multilingual proficiency.Key Responsibilities
Act as our in-house HR expert for Italy and Europe, handling all complex people-related matters throughout the employee lifecycle.
Own and drive employee lifecycle management: onboarding, transfers, relocations, and offboarding, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Verify payroll calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
ProvidedailyHRconsultingtoclients,maintainclientrelationships,and
resolve cross-border employment issues.
Admin support: generation of reports, employment verification letters, HRIS
administration.Requirements
International HR professional experience in a high-volume and fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with European labor laws, particularly in Italy and surrounding countries.
Fluency in English; additional European languages (e.g., German, French) are a plus.
