We are seeking a highly skilled professional who can analyze complex technical issues, identify solutions, and implement preventive measures to minimize downtime.
Main Objectives:
* Provide timely and effective technical support to employees
* Configure, maintain, and optimize IT devices to ensure optimal performance
* Identify and prevent recurring issues by analyzing root causes
* Contribute to technology improvement projects to enhance workplace efficiency
* Liaise with external IT partners when required
* Document and share best practices within the IT team
Key Requirements:
* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
* A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to work
* Curiosity and a willingness to explore and apply new technologies
* Experience providing both in-person and remote IT support
* Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
* Effective communication in Italian and English (spoken and written)
* Knowledge of networking fundamentals (switching, routing, VLANs, inter-VLANs)
* Understanding of PC and laptop hardware components
* Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory is an advantage
