Quality Control Department is looking for a PCBA QC Inspector with the following qualifications:
* High school technical diploma or bachelor degree in electronic, chemical or IT technical field.
* Basic knowledge of the English language.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ability to read drawings and construction documentation.
* Quality Control Inspections of PCBA, Modules and Units in accordance with the procedures and in line with the steps provided by the production flow.
* ECSS and/or IPC certification.
* Problem-solving skills development by familiarizing with common issues during daily activities and learning from more experienced employees.
* Familiarity with the use of IT systems for traceability and reporting.
* Participation in Lean activities (daily SIM, walk around, etc.).
Additional Requirements:
* Ability to adapt and collaborate with others and predisposition to teamwork.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Ability to communicate effectively and courteously with co-workers.
* Good dexterity and spirit of observation.
