Job Description:
The Structured & Sustainable Finance Analyst will join a leading European Renewable player and will be part of an experienced team of professionals in the finance area. The candidate, working together with the team, will be responsible for:
* Supporting the head of Funding in originating, structuring, negotiating and reporting mainly of Debt Capital Markets instruments, Corporate Loan and (occasionally) other debt instruments.
* Coordinating the rating process liaising with both internal and external stakeholders involved in the process of maintaining the corporate rating.
* Supporting the M&A process through due diligence of potential targets' finance documents.
* Performing market research activities and updates about market trends and new regulations impacting the company business.
* Working on financial models for renewable projects in connection with project acquisitions and financing, with a focus on financing and its impact on the value of the business.
* Supporting the drafting of the group business plan, being instrumental in designing the financial strategy of the group and identifying the most suitable financing options.
* Providing ad-hoc analysis as required by the management on business-related decisions.
* Managing relationships with internal stakeholders (administration, treasury, planning, sustainability, and other group departments) involved in the aforementioned activities.
* Managing relationships with external stakeholders; most importantly financial institutions, but more broadly: investors, consultants, auditors, law firms, rating agencies, etc.
Studi:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or related area.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position with a consolidated expertise in the role. The candidate has developed a satisfactory knowledge of financial services, debt instruments, cash flow analysis, treasury management, hedging tools, and funding-related accountancy.
Experience in the Energy sector as well as familiarity with rating methodology and ESG principles will be considered a plus.
The candidate possesses a very good command of verbal and written English.
Knowledge of other European languages will be considered a plus.
The candidate possesses an excellent command of MS-Office Applications.
Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) will be considered a plus.

He/she can work in a collaborative environment where teamwork and high ethical standards are essential.
