Join our team as a Technical Service Engineer! In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for installing, repairing, calibrating, and validating instruments both in-house and at customer sites. You'll handle customer requests, resolve technical issues, manage general inquiries, and communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, customers, and sales representatives. As a key liaison, you'll drive sales growth and ensure customer satisfaction in every transaction, while also assisting the sales team in identifying 'solution selling' opportunities. The geographical area of competence is Central and Northern Italy.
What we are looking for:
* Education: High Technical / Professional School Qualification plus significant experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where there is a solution-based selling approach.
* IT Skills: Demonstrates ability to effectively utilize technology platforms including CRM Tools.
* Languages: Native Italian. Fluency in English highly desirable.
* Soft Skills: Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to comfortably interact with various client (local & Export)/supplier types (e.g. technical, end user, and economic buyers).
* Other experience: Deep technical & electronic knowledge. Experience working with the following: Autoclaves, Scales, Centrifuges, Colony counters, Microscopes, Blenders, Media preparators, Water purifiers.

* Proactively interact with field sales and sales representatives (CSR). Provide high-level quality service to enable sales growth.
