We are seeking a Product Innovation Specialist to join our Global Marketing Department’s Product Innovation team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping our innovation pipeline, driving the development of new value propositions that align with both consumer needs and business objectives. You will be actively involved in the end-to-end innovation process—from idea generation to consumer validation—helping to bring impactful innovations to market.
Responsibilities:
* Analyzing market trends and insights to identify new growth opportunities.
* Developing product/service concepts and translating them into concrete value propositions.
* Testing solutions with consumers (e.g., validating consumer desirability, building MVPs, and rapid prototyping).
* Collaborating with R&D to identify technical solutions to consumer needs.
* Working with Finance to define the value chain, ensuring the economic sustainability of projects.
* Monitoring and optimizing the performance of pilot projects until they transition to the product development phase.
Qualifications:
You'll ideally have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
Previous experience in Marketing, Brand Strategy, or Innovation Department will be considered a plus (FMCG industry is preferred).
Project Management Skills & Digital & Data Literacy.
Ability to work cross-functionally, guiding activities towards achieving objectives.
Innovative mindset and an aptitude for experimentation.
Excellent level of English, written & spoken.
