Sales Performance & CRM Manager – Drive Growth with Data & CRM Insights Are you passionate about turning data into business intelligence? This role is pivotal in analyzing sales data, managing the CRM system and delivering actionable insights to enhance business performance. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing and Finance teams to shape strategies and identify new growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities Sales Data Analysis: Collect, process and interpret large volumes of sales data to generate strategic insights. Reporting & Dashboards: Develop KPI-driven reports and interactive dashboards, tracking revenue, sales volumes, conversion rates and customer growth. Forecasting & Business Planning: Utilize predictive models and analytical tools to project sales trends and support budgeting. CRM Management & Optimization: Oversee CRM data integrity, ensure accurate reporting and enhance CRM functionalities to improve commercial effectiveness. Opportunity Identification: Segment customers, analyze market trends and identify new business potential. Sales Team Support: Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize sales strategies, pricing and customer engagement. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing to measure campaign impact and with Finance to align sales performance with financial objectives. Competitive & Market Analysis: Track competitor activity and market shifts to anticipate risks and opportunities. Qualifications & Technical Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Marketing or a related field. Experience: 2–4 years in a sales analysis, business intelligence or CRM management role. Data Tools Expertise: Strong proficiency in Excel and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik). CRM & ERP Systems: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and ERP systems (SAP preferred). Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to work with large datasets, extract key insights and make data-driven recommendations. Language Skills: Fluency in English (written and spoken).
