Join us in our exciting quest to build the future home About the role We are looking for an experienced D2C E-commerce Affiliate Manager to join our central D2C team. This team is focused on developing and leveraging new routes to market that deliver profitable growth for Electrolux. As Affiliate Manager, you will lead the planning and scaling of the D2C affiliate marketing strategy across Europe and APACMEA, cultivating relationships with partners, optimizing campaigns, and ensuring the success of performance-driven initiatives. Your role will focus on driving growth, sales, and conversion across key touchpoints in the e-commerce shopping funnel. The responsibilities also include/What you’ll do Design and execute comprehensive affiliate sales strategies aligned with Electrolux D2C growth objectives. Manage partner contracts, ensure legal compliance, technical integration and track sales for proper channel attribution. Cultivate strong relationships with key affiliates such as cashback, price comparison, and content platforms to drive collaboration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enrich and build holistic campaign strategies across multiple channels. Coach local teams across Europe and APACMEA on best practices and day-to-day affiliate marketing operations. Analyze performance metrics, track KPIs, and provide regular reports to optimize performance. Forecast revenue and traffic on a monthly and yearly basis based on current and historical data. Who you are Strategic Thinker: Able to conceptualize and implement strategies that align with business goals. Analytical : Proficient in analyzing data and deriving insights to make important business decisions. Strong Communication Skills: Capable of clearly conveying strategies and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Passionate for Growth: Motivated to assess the market and stay ahead of competitors' conversion strategies. Collaborative: Ability to work seamlessly across departments including marketing, e-commerce, and product teams. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, computer science, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing and e-commerce sales. Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, commission strategies, and channel attribution. Experience managing affiliate programs, partnerships, and performance optimization. Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in relevant tools for data analysis. Technical understanding of e-commerce products is a plus. Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
