Front Office Team Member
Job brief
We are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing front office team member ready to plunge into an overwhelming experience of glamour, entertainment and very strong commitment. The successful person will furnish clients with above-and-beyond service to ensure a memorable and genuine experience. The goal is to sponsor a helpful image by honoring guests’ requests and to achieve high levels of guest satisfaction and engagement. We are after a humble team player who is willing to grow and thinks outside of the box.
Responsibilities
1. Ensure and provide flawless, upscale, professional and high-class guest service experiences
2. Analyze customer feedback and provide strategic direction to continuously improve overall rating
3. Respond to guests needs and anticipate their unstated ones
4. Expect and react promptly to guests’ requirements and inquiries
5. Actively listen and resolve guests’ complaints
6. Oversee and coordinate all arrivals and departures of guests
7. Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure complete service recovery
8. Promote all amenities, conveniences and programs offered
9. Ensure smooth processing of payments and accounting operations
10. Comply with all required standards, laws and regulations.
Requirements
1. 3+ years of experience in Front office
2. Previous experience in other sectors of hospitality
3. Adequate knowledge of personalized services principles and processes
4. Experience with needs assessment techniques, quality standards and satisfaction evaluation techniques
5. Familiarity with industry’s latest trends
6. Hands on experience with front office management software
7. Proficiency in English and Italian; multilingualism will be considered an asset
8. Guest service orientation and drive
9. Excellent problem resolution skills along with outstanding communication and active listening skills
10. Ability to work flexible hours
11. Highly responsible and reliable with a professional presentation
12. BS degree in hospitality management, business administration or related field will be considered an asset
13. Valid Italian driving licence
