Job Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen within Unscheduled Care Mental Health Services for a motivated, vibrant and experienced nurse with highly developed clinical and leadership skills. We are looking to recruit a dynamic, credible and visible leader to the post of Team Leader for the Crisis Team. The successful candidate will: Lead the Crisis Team to deliver and develop local services in line with the Mental Health Strategy and the agreed policies and procedures. Have recent experience in a senior role within mental health services. Be educated to degree level or equivalent experience. Have responsibility for the delivery of effective and high quality crisis care and treatment across the region. Collaborate with partner agencies to ensure delivery of pathways that provide a seamless and integrated person-centred service. Work in partnership with other stakeholders across the Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP). Complete crisis complex mental health assessments and provide advice and guidance to junior staff. Supervise and manage lower banded staff within the Crisis Team. You are expected to display behaviours that are aligned with the Trust values and in accordance with the NHS Constitution at all times.
