As a Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Leader, you will support the Company and Employer in ensuring:
1. the Health, Safety, well-being of our workforce by eliminating conditions that could lead to Fatalities and Permanent Impairment (FPI)

3. the protection of the environment where we operate and the decarbonization of Company Operations.
As Plant HSE Lead, you will be responsible for:
4. Defining Plant Construction Project HSE management strategies and deliverables among the Project lifecycle from design phase to project execution/completion
5. Planning, implementing, coordinating and supervising HSE activities during the Plant Construction Project execution relevant laws and regulations and technical standards;
6. Supporting selection and coordinating all Suppliers, Contractors and Subcontractors involved in the Construction Project lifecycle and future Plant Operation to define HSE Strategies and implement relevant action plans
7. Promoting the Company HSE Culture including the Safe to Start and STOP work policies and divulgate Company Safety Leadership Programs during Construction Project and future Plant Operation throughout specific initiatives within the organization and toward suppliers and subcontractors
8. Developing and supporting the implementation of the Plant HSE Management System including HSE training programs
9. Acting as Company HSE Leader/RSPP (Dlgs 81/08) in the Yard
10. Assisting teams in the implementation of the HSE Risk Management processes (i.e. HAZOP, HAZID, Risk Assessment) and participate in Constructability HSE assessments
11. Facilitating accidents/incidents and near-miss investigation and definitely carring out analysis of accident / incident statistics, identifying trends and suggesting improvement plans at Project/Plant and Company level
12. Conducting HSE audits both internal and external (pre-qualification and project phases);
13. Ensuring the development, planning, implementation, updating, review and auditing of the Company HSE Management System and its application within projects
14. Leading the definition, collection, management and analysis of Yard HSE indicators
15. Planning and supporting the management in leading HSE meetings and HSE Reviews

To be successful in this role you will:
16. Have a bachelor’s degree - Engineering degree is preferred
17. Have relevant HSE certification e.g. NEBOSH International General Certificate or equivalent. ISO 45001 and/or ISO 14001 Lead Auditor certification
18. Be fluent both in English and Italian and hold an EU passport
19. Have Minimum of 10-12 years of extensive experience in Project HSE Manager role and/or Construction-Fabrication Yards in EPC/Construction Companies preferably in Oil&Gas and Energy sector
20. Have excellent Knowledge of Italian OHS and Environmental frameworks (RSPP Qualification required)
21. Available to be relocated in other location on Calabria
22. Show interpersonal and leadership skills
23. Be able to show excellent problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills
