Maw spa - Polo di Pescara, for an interesting reality operating as a General Contractor for the realization of stores in the retail sector, is looking for a PROJECT MANAGER.
The resource inserted within the technical office will take care of the following activities:
1. Supervision and direction of work at construction sites for the realization of new stores opening;
2. Management of resources assigned to the site;
3. Management of site accounting;
4. Relations with suppliers;
5. Management of SAL with clients.
Minimum Requirements:
* Diploma di Geometra or Degree in Architecture;
* Preferred experience in a similar sector;
* Availability for travel throughout the national territory.
Direct insertion in the company, remuneration will be evaluated based on the experience gained.
