LBA CONSULTING, a company of the TXT Group, is currently looking for a Senior Business Central Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for software development, with a focus on BC and Navision development, and will have the opportunity to collaborate on various projects of significant importance within the group.
Main Responsibilities:
Development and customization of software solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This includes writing code, system configuration, and implementation of new features based on client needs;
Performance optimization of the system;
Continuous maintenance to ensure that the system functions efficiently and reliably over time. This may include bug resolution, patch application, and software updates;
Coordination and supervision of development activities within the working team with progress monitoring;
Continuous Improvement: actively participate in the continuous improvement process, proposing and implementing new ideas, technologies, or methodologies that can improve the efficiency, quality, and scalability of software solutions;
Ensure that the developed solutions comply with relevant security and privacy regulations and that best practices are followed to ensure the protection of sensitive data of the company and its customers.
Required Technical Skills:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development;
In-depth expertise in Business Central and Navision development.
The ideal candidate should have:
Ability to work independently and manage complex projects;
Solely technical orientation, without involvement in management or sales activities;
Availability to work in a hybrid mode at the Borgomanero or Milan (Cologno Monzese) offices;
Ability to work effectively within a development team, collaborating with other members to achieve company objectives.
Education: Diploma or degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
