Your aim as a National Account Manager is to Lead ItalySales: building, managing, growing and maintaining retail partner relationships to ensure Bugaboo achieving sales objectives and profit growth.
You are partof the Sales EMEA team and report to the South EMEA Sales Director.
What will youdo
1. Take ownership of the sales and profitability of the accounts;
2. Agree targets, business objectives and commercial terms for accounts to deliver the sales growth;
3. Working with the Italian Marketing Manager to plan and deliver annual marketing plans;
4. Creation and management of Joint Business Plans for Key Account as mutually agreed with the Sales Director;
5. Provide monthly sales forecasting, highlights, market & product trends, risk and opportunities for overall account base;
6. Delivering training plans and incentives within all your accounts and shop staff;
7. Ensure regular visits to owners and point of sale to follow up on sales, launches or activations and ensure they are meeting the standards of Visual Merchandising;
8. Execute marketing campaigns and activities in Point of Sale.
What you willbring to the table
You have atleast 5 years of experience in retail, preferably in baby industry, sport, fashion or FMCG and You are excellent in relationship management, you have astrong commercial awareness. You have a hunter and entrepreneur profile. You are willingness to travel. Greatcommunication skills
You have a drive to succeed,with a proactive and innovative approach to problem solving. You have excellentnetworking skills to keep close to industry news and competitor activity.
You have fluent English language skillsas Bugaboo is an international company also you speak and write Italian.
You relateopenly and comfortably with diverse groups of people and gain the confidenceand trust of others through honesty, integrity and authenticity.
