Scheduler for maintenance department at our Ospiate di Bollate (MI) siteWe are looking for:Create the site's weekly maintenance schedule through agreements with production.Facilitate changes in the schedule and ensure changes are communicated effectively. Lead the weekly maintenance planning meeting.Manage the resource schedule and verify accuracy.Organizes workflow and assigns resources by craft to every job.Monitor, track and update work orders in our work order tracking dashboard.Manages and improves maintenance backlog.Lead the rescheduling of jobs that are ‘not completed’ and jobs that ‘did not make it on the schedule’.Lead data collection for maintenance scorecard via KPI's.Assist the Supervisor and the Planner in the creation of job plans .Assist with project planning and purchasing as needed.Perform required safety audits.Participate in FMECA, Problem Solving, Root cause analysis meetings.Keep update documentation of preventive maintenance carried out on siteMaintain a working knowledge of the facility environmental plans (updating the register of abatement plants).We count on you for:Participate and contribute to a path of continuous change and improvement of maintenance processesJoin a transversal and dynamic teamOpportunities for growth and learningYou can count on us for: Being part of a dynamic team at the core of our company.
