Duties and responsibilities:
* Assist the IT Department in Delivering IT support both to guests and colleagues
* Assist the IT Department in Delivering audio-visual dedicated services and support
* Assist with SOPs and inventory tasks
* Categorize IT needs requests
* Supporting the Admin task of the IT Department
* Follow-up any project tasks and security operations
Requirements:
* Computer and Electronic skills
* Have a solid knowledge of using PCs, Laptops and Office suite
* Proficiency in English
* Attention to detail
* Able to work flexible hours and sometimes on weekends and holidays
* Time-management, teamwork and problem-solving skills
