For our Business Unit Operations & Supply Chain located in Padulle di Sala Bolognese (BO), we are looking for a Production Planner.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* Is the owner of the Process of Creation & Release of all Process Orders (F&A + Bulks) for Bologna’s Plant.
* Is accountable for the quality of the Production Plan, which has to be released in a timely manner and agreed by all parties involved (Plant/QC/MSM/PP).
* Is the SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for the Plant, QC & MSM (LL OOS) for every concern, issue, or activity which can affect the Production Plan.
* Is responsible for proposing and reporting solutions to Planning if the Plan is not feasible (i.e., doesn’t meet volumes required by a specific deadline), assuring Service and, at the same time, easing and helping the Plant with increase of OEE.
* Is responsible for checking, verifying, and solving issues on short-medium & long RCCP.
* Is responsible for the following KPI’s: Service (On Time in Full – Completed Plan versus Original Requirement); Levelling of the Plant (quality of Sequencing the PO’s).
* Is required to create Reports based on which we expect an action plan to propose improvement on KPI’s versus Target.
PREFERRED & REQUIRED SKILLS
* 1-2 years of experience in Production Scheduling in a manufacturing industry.
* Strong organizational & analytical skills, able to prioritize, determine appropriate course of action, and gain acceptance of recommendations.
* Ability to Coordinate & Lead Cross-functional Depts., goal-oriented and able to effectively and professionally achieve results.
* Strong oral and written communication skills and at least medium knowledge of English.
* Strong operational knowledge of manufacturing processes.
* Experience with MS Office suite, especially Excel, Access, and Power Point.
* Experience in an ERP environment (e.g., SAP).
SALARY RANGE (GROSS)
28K€ - 38K€.
