STARTING DATE: February 2025
Main responsibilities:
1. Liaise with the Chief of Staff to support the identification of staffing needs
2. Help determine selection criteria
3. Help in sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. professional networks)
4. Plan interviews and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
5. Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using the ad hoc rubric
6. Support the design of job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
7. Support the relocation process of international employees (e.g. arrival of new teachers, housing and residency process, registration to the Italian NHS)
Qualifications and skills:
1. Bachelor in International Relations, Management, Human Resources, or Work psychology
2. Study experiences abroad (e.g. Erasmus)
3. Strong organizational and project management skills
4. Practical and fast learner
5. Collaborative team builder
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with a sense of humor
7. Provides excellent service with courtesy and professionalism
8. Comfortable with a fast-paced environment
9. Exceptional IT skills (MacOS operating system, G Suite, Keynote, Spreadsheets, Slack)
10. An Indiana Jones-style of on-the-go problem-solving
