The successful candidate will be part of the existing support team and will be required to work on shift basis. 1. Customer Consultation and responding to customers inquiries via e-mail, phone and chat
2. Maintaining solid customer relationship in a timely and professional manner
3. Liaise with the other departments when necessary
4. Ability to work on rotational shifts 24/7
CANDIDATE PROFILE
5. Fluent in English and German or Polish in writing or verbally.
6. Exceptional verbal and written communication & soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills
7. Computer literacy
8. Work experience in customer support or similar position
9. Pleasant personality and good team player
