Our Service Advisors coordinate a seamless service experience for our customers. They are our front line and brand ambassadors, supporting Tesla’s mission. We’ve created one of the most innovative vehicles ever made, and you will help ensure an equally innovative service experience.
What to Expect
Our Service Advisors provide a consistently excellent experience for our customers during the process of servicing their vehicles. They are the front line of Tesla and are ambassadors of our brand, providing essential support to our mission.
What You’ll Do
* Communicate: Support and update customers through their entire service journey, from first contact to when they are reunited with their Tesla vehicle. You will confidently manage escalations and difficult conversations, liaise with relevant internal teams and solve problems.
* Coordinate: Organize customer appointments both digitally and physically in the Service Center. Act as a coordination point between our customers and the rest of the Service team to deliver excellence during every service visit.
* Collaborate: By partnering across teams and departments you aim to ensure consistency in our customer experience, by meeting and exceeding individual KPIs and by helping your team.
* Innovate: Continuously create, identify and implement improvements to the customer experience.
What You’ll Bring
* Customer-centric: You act with the customer in mind. You have a solid background within customer service and are able to improve the team’s ability to deliver an excellent customer experience.
* A dynamic multi-tasker: You prioritize your time and tasks efficiently and deliver on time. You thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Eager to learn: You have in-depth knowledge in car repair and technologies and are eager to continuously develop your knowledge on service operations and vehicle systems.
* An excellent communicator: You communicate clearly and respectfully in English and Italian.
* Flexible team player: You enjoy collaborating closely with different kinds of people and can maintain strong working relationships with all internal stakeholders.
* Safe to drive: You hold a full valid driver’s license.
* Eligible: You have the right to work in Italy.
