Objectives of the role
* According to the company's sales strategy, she/he contributes to the achievement of the sales/profitability and development objectives, in the assigned geographical area: Dach.
* She/he maintains and develops a strong relationship with customers, identifying and understanding their needs, and acting as their strategic partner.
* She/he supports the development of the company growth in specific and strategic markets/applications.
Organization
* She/he will report to the Regional Sales Manager.
Duties
* To manage the commercial relationships and sales of flexible packaging and integrated solutions for packaging, to the assigned customers in the geographical area of reference.
* To research, identify and evaluate business development opportunities.
* To develop specific and strategic markets/applications.
* To collaborate in the setting of the area sales budget and in the definition of new market needs/opportunities.
* To support the Regional Manager and the EMEA Sales Director in finding useful information for the development of the business plan.
Skills
* Degree.
* At least 5-7 years experience in a similar position, within a B2B sales organization, preferably flexible packaging.
* Fluent in German and English.
* Positiveness, good communication skills and listening capacity, aptitude for collaboration and teamwork.
* Good planning and organizational skills.
* Goal-oriented.
