Job Title: Radiology Informatics - Technical Support Specialist

Technical Support Specialist
You will act as a subject matter expert providing support and working on the resolution of escalated cases in Radiology Informatics systems (RIS - PACS) in Europe.
Your role:
* You will work with high innovative software solutions in Radiology Informatics, resolving technical barriers that are critical to improving diagnosis of patients and saving lives. You will make the most of your technical and analytical skills to troubleshoot informatics solutions at any level (HW, SW, Database, Network).
* In this highly collaborative and customer-oriented role, you will work directly with our customers in Europe in solving technical issues based on escalated cases, collaborating with all our Customer Service organization and working with R&D teams to improve solutions.
* This role offers you the opportunity to be part of one of the highest competent European Customer Service teams, responsible for Europe HCIS (Healthcare Information Solutions) Incident and Problem Management, based in our Informatics Hub in Genoa.
You're the right fit if you have:
Educational background & Experience:
* Master or bachelor degree of Science in Informatics, Biomedical Engineering or an equivalent combination of related experience and education.
* 2-3 years of experience in Informatics, especially as a systems administrator.
Technical & Soft Skills:
* IT infrastructure components including Servers, Storage Appliances, Network Appliances, Security Appliances and the related technologies.
* Database (Oracle / SQL), Microsoft 2012 / 2016 / 2019 Server, Hyper-V technologies.
* IT related medical standards: e.g., DICOM, Health Level Seven (HL7), and (IHE) Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise (preferred).
* Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and a passion for customer success and problem solving.
