Job Responsibilities Provide efficient and effective system and network support to the Company which includes but not limited to network, middleware and database maintenance, Windows server-based systems integration, management and support, service and storage, end-user computing and application platforms enhancement, troubleshooting, upgrade, and testing. Provide efficient internal technical support and training to internal stakeholders. Collaborate with internal and external parties for root cause analysis and sustainable solutions. Coordinate with vendors to ensure system delivery meets business specifications. System Administration: ensure security & performance of IT systems, networks, and facilities. Assist in IT projects & ad-hoc tasks. Research and recommend new technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
