Description
He/she ensures targets achievement handling remarketing activities related to the rent/leasing end of the contracts, according with Sales & Administration Team Leader, and mainly:
Management of vehicle Sales for VW Leasing, VWFS S.P.A. and VW Bank
Promotional initiatives for Remarketing
Sales analysis
B2B Coaching
Role and duty – core business
He/She provides to:
Actively participate to the Sales strategy and tactic
Build up Sales Plans
Develop Sales Channels:
VTI GmbH, Local, Direct (Drivers / other B2C)
Support VTI sales development in Italy / Export Countries
Support management of Sales awards
Supports activities aimed at the use of the VTI sales platform and the smooth operation of VTI processes (e.G. File Release, KVPS management, self-billing,...)
Propose and handle B2B promotional initiatives a/o special actions
Develop Channel Communication B2B
Monitor Buyers Satisfaction
Prepare and perform Remarketing Coaching/training
Periodically analyse sales data and interface with Controlling and Risk Departments.
Promote improvement of data quality (e.G. by suggesting control routines, investigating anything remarkable, arranging for discovered irregularities to be resolved)
Make presentations of sales data in context
Actively participate in the study and implementation of projects to improve the different sales channels
Analyse vehicles sales performance (model, engine, set-up) to identify the most appropriate sales channel (VTI, B2C, external platforms,...)
Keep relationship with suppliers of external platforms for business development
Competences
Good knowledge of renting and leasing agreement
Good knowledge of long term renting business
Good knowledge of automotive and used car environment
Knowledge of main software’s application (DWH SAS, Excel, Power Point)
