Your Impact
In this role, you will be the financial backbone of our commercial strategy, ensuring accurate reporting, pricing management, and business insights that drive performance. You will work closely with channel leaders and the marketing team to shape commercial policies and provide valuable financial analysis.
What You’ll Do
Implement commercial financial terms and monitor company performance in line with strategic goals.
Manage and update commercial policies, working closely with sales and marketing teams.
Oversee pricing activities, including price list uploads and monitoring pricing strategies.
Define and prepare contracts for agents and track individual targets.
Forecast, calculate, and analyze commissions and bonuses quarterly.
Prepare detailed reports on product mix, margins, and standard costs for internal use and HQ.
Develop ad hoc presentations, reports, and tools to enhance business understanding and decision-making.
What You’ll Need
Strong analytical and financial skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools ;
SAP knowledge is a plus.
A structured and detail-oriented mindset, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and senior leadership.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Economics or a related field.
Excellent proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Strong command of Microsoft Office and Google Suite .
