Quality Engineer - Automotive

Responsibilities
* Monitor and manage the quality of production processes to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations;
* Analyze and resolve quality issues, focusing on defects and non-conformities;
* Collaborate with production, design, and supplier teams to improve qualitative performance;
* Implement continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma);
* Define and optimize quality control plans and testing procedures;
* Conduct internal and external audits to ensure quality conformity.
Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields;
* 6 months to 2 years of experience in a similar role in the Automotive sector;
* Knowledge of quality regulations and main certification standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949);
* Familiarity with quality analysis tools (FMEA, SPC, 8D, PPAP);
* Good knowledge of the English language.
