We are looking for a LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR. Purpose of the Job: To plan and manage logistics activities, in the own job scope, in accordance with operations requirements. Accountabilities: Plan & Manage Inbound Transportation for Stock Entry Plan & Manage Packing, Shipping and Outbound Transportation from internal logistic provider and external supplier Manage Inventory Accuracy & Integrity, scrap in external different suppliers Manage relationships with Suppliers and with the whole Supply Chain team to optimize deliveries and stock Manage materials from incoming to delivery in Informatic Systems SAP - GSI Manage documentation related to materials IN and OUT Optimize the costs of the transports from internal or external warehouses Contact the couriers or clients for logistic issues Manage the costs and invoices for logistic/transport suppliers Job Requirements: Degree in Management Engineering or equivalent Good interpersonal and communicational skills Ability to manage deadlines effectively Technical Knowledge/Experience: Experience of at least 3 years in warehouse/logistics activities Good knowledge of SAP (IM and WM) and Excel Knowledge of invoice, PO tool (Ariba, Inspire, etc.) Knowledge of English Equal Opportunity Statement: Alstom is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive working environment where all our employees are encouraged to reach their full potential, and individual differences are valued and respected.
