About this role
As Administrative Assistant for MTM Project, you will be responsible for the active and timely management of activities related to personnel administration and analysis of public tender bids related to software development and training activities.
In your role, you will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and have constant collaboration with the Labour Consultant and individual colleagues to provide them with support on administrative management topics.

Your responsibilities
* You will interact with the Labour Consultant in managing attendance and payroll flow for staff.
* You will provide support to employees on topics related to personnel management.
* You will prepare documentation related to personnel administration, including updating personal data.
* You will manage general organizational tasks such as stationery purchases.
* You will be responsible for analyzing and controlling certain public tender bids and technical specifications for access to public contracts.
* You will be responsible for analyzing and controlling tenders related to Inter-professional Training Funds for designing and implementing training paths for staff.
* You will provide support in activities related to project management Garanzia Giovani and Vocational Training.
