Uses ingredients respecting established quality standards. Measures the doses following the prescribed procedures. Reads and interprets recipes and technical documentation, chooses the raw and auxiliary materials respecting quality standards and providing for the necessary quantity. Minimum Requirements: Diploma / qualification / specialization courses. Experience in the role of at least one year gained in restaurants, laboratories, and/or Relais & Chateaux.
