Pricing Strategy Lead, Europe

As a Pricing Strategy Lead, you will drive pricing practices across Europe, maximizing profitability and market share by analyzing market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior.
You will collaborate closely with business lines, functions, frontlines, and global teams to develop and implement pricing strategies that align with the business's overall transformation goals and customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead pricing development across Europe, collaborating closely with business lines, functions, frontlines, and global teams.
* Assist in the development and drive the implementation of pricing mindset, data, tools, processes, and governance frameworks.
* Provide training and support to colleagues, especially offering and sales development managers.
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in pricing mindset, processes, practices, data, and tools.
* Lead and mentor frontline pricing experts, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and capabilities.
* Develop and implement comprehensive pricing strategies that align with the business's overall transformation goals and customer lifecycle.
* Work closely with business lines to ensure alignment and support for pricing initiatives, engaging with stakeholders to gather input, address concerns, and build consensus.
* Analyze pricing data using advanced analytical tools and techniques, generating actionable insights and preparing detailed reports and presentations.
