Main Responsibilities:
* Apply and enforce Stream Delivery Guidelines and instructions
* Analyze SBM Record to Report processes (Project accounting/TEO interface) and gather requirements and support documentation of target process to implement IFS and ensure it works in harmony with business and is built according to Best Practices and Standard adoption guidelines.
* Support design, creation, and maintenance of financial interfaces between internal and external sources.
* Responsible for collecting business sign-off as per delivery standard.
* Able to proactively manage issues and risks by applying risk management procedures (detection, mitigation proposal, mitigation resolution, reporting).
* Work closely with consultants to design solutions in line with SBM requirements and as per IFS standard solutions and always have an End-to-End Integration vision to avoid silos with project.
* Full ownership and accountability regarding progress and planning of R2R EPICS and localization requirements.
* Perform testing (SIT: Solution integration test) about new solutions to be implemented in IFS.
* Review specifications and support testing scenarios with consultants according to Integra methodology for Solution acceptance test.
* Support Change Management Initiatives, including Super Users training on Integra processes and Support Change Management Integra framework.
* Support prerequisite initiatives and data migration team for successful implementation and migration of R2R process in IFS.
* Support business during Hypercare period to ensure IFS runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible and avoid any financial closing delays.
* Provide recommendations around how to leverage financial systems to improve operational efficiencies.
Requirements:
Education: Business School or financial & accounting related degree.
Experience: 5 years' experience in a related environment or an audit firm and project experiences.
Key Competencies:
* Knowledge of IFRS Standards.
* Good human relations and communication skills.
* Fluent in English.
* Good IT skills.
