We are seeking a skilled Marketing and Event Coordinator to join our Castelli marketing team at our headquarters in Fonzaso, Italy.
This role plays a crucial part in our go-to-market strategy in Italy, collaborating closely with the Italian Sales and Marketing team to devise and execute regional and local marketing initiatives. The focus is on synchronizing brand objectives with business requirements and translating them into actionable plans.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing various marketing activities, including events, promotions, and campaigns, to effectively promote the Castelli brand in Italy.
The successful Marketing and Event Coordinator will have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A degree in Marketing or a related field, combined with prior experience in a similar role, is highly desirable.
The selected candidate will be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovative marketing strategies and tactics.
