Support the system configuration phase as needed.Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute system integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and end-to-end testing to ensure solution accuracy and reliability.Change Management: Maintain comprehensive documentation of solution designs, configuration settings, and system processes to facilitate smooth execution of future changes.Required Qualifications:3–5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, with at least 1 year of focus on 360 Reviews, Calibration, Goal Management, or Performance Management.Strong understanding of Performance Goals principles and their integration with other SuccessFactors modules.Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with broader HRIS implementations beyond SuccessFactors.Knowledge of industry best practices in performance and goal management.Certification in SuccessFactors or other HRIS platforms.Soft Skills:Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset to build and maintain trust with stakeholders.Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to delivering results.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Working mode: Hybrid (3+2)What We Offer:Permanent Contract (according to the Italian national collective labor agreement - CCNL metalmeccanico)Dynamic and multicultural environmentInvolvment in projects with prestigious international companiesTraining/certification programs to enhance professional skillsEMM corporate welfare programHealth insuranceTicket Restaurant
