Supporting Quality Excellence
As a Customer Quality Technical Support, you will collaborate with the Customer Quality Manager to define and specify activities, processes, and standards that meet our product's quality requirements.
We offer a diverse portfolio of products, including current measurement transformers (CT), voltage measurement transformers (VT), Compass, and PASS – hybrid multifunctional modules with gas-insulated outputs via bushings.
Your Responsibilities
* Support the customer quality team and corporate functions in resolving customer complaints cases (internal and external).
* Participate in daily customer meetings.
* Drive customer quality progress, provide early warnings, and escalate key issues to the next level.
* Prepare investigation reports and conduct RCA analysis.
* Propose improvement projects based on quality issues to reduce warranty costs.
* Assist the quality team in increasing efficiency and implementing continuous improvements, including analysis methods and reporting methodologies.

Your Background
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* Previous experience (2-3 years) in electrical, mechanical, or related technical fields.
* Field service experience is preferred.
* A structured thinking approach, collaboration skills, and a focus on improving product reliability.
* Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and other functions.
* Fluency in Italian and English.
* Availability for business trips.
