(native German & English) Customer Support Consultant (remote)

What you will do:
* Manage customer inquiries via email, chat, and calls
* Handle payment disputes and resolutions
* Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
* Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback
* Maintain and optimize response templates for efficiency
* Securely work with customers' sensitive information
What you need to succeed in this role:
* Native German and advanced English
* Experience in customer service (preferably for e-commerce platforms)
* Experience managing customer interactions on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok
* Proficiency in handling ticketing systems
* Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)
