We are looking for an experienced Reliability Engineering Maintenance Planner to join our team in a highly automated and fast-paced Sort Center environment.
Purpose of the Job
The Reliability Engineering Maintenance Planner is responsible for managing asset and spares data, preventative maintenance planning, and machine history records. They will serve as the site lead for our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software and extract information from it to support decision-making for the site engineering manager.
Key Responsibilities
* Be the site-level Subject Matter Expert (SME) on CMMS software, train the local engineering team in its use, and escalate issues as required to the EU team.
* Ensure the system is run according to EU standards and participate in EU-led projects and improvement programs to roll out new functionality, procedures, scheduling, or reports.
* Verify that site-level equipment, spare parts, and minimum holding levels are correctly recorded in the system to ensure technicians have the necessary parts.
* Ensure the system accurately forecasts and assigns all required preventative maintenance to technicians within the team, providing a high level of equipment availability to our internal customers.
* Compile equipment information, performance metrics, and machine histories, and make recommendations for improvements based on findings.
* Manage spare parts stock levels, place orders as required, and work with procurement and the wider EU network to find savings or efficiencies.

This role requires an individual with excellent analytical skills, ability to work with technical data, and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance planning, CMMS implementation, and spare parts management.
