Under general guidance completes the following activities: • Generates internal operational reports and/or according to customer requests. • Follow operational indicators (SLA's and KPI's) and gives suggestions to improve productivity. • Follow up operations related to collection, delivery and transfer. • Support the coordination of activities of receipt, storage, validate process, separation and shipment of packages. • Follow activities related to risk management and communicate pending matters to the Security sector. • Coordinate storage and cleaning of the warehouse. • Provide and monitor the dispatch of all documentation and pre-alerts, follow deadlines achievement, plan and arrange shipments according to the network and support the coordination of administrative activities in the sector. • Execute inventory of goods and packages. • Participate in the planning, preparation and execution of the inventory cycle. • Update information in systems, such as ERP and WMS. • Train the Handlers in operational activities. • May be required to perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements: Minimum Education: • High School Diploma Minimum Experience: • 1 Year in Clerical Position Minimum Required Skills: • Good interpersonal relationship. • Intermediate Excel. • Great verbal and written communication skills, organization, dynamic, creative and proactive. • Ability to work with goals and deadlines. • Knowledge of inventory routines. • Accuracy & Attention to Detail. • Microsoft Office & PC Skills. • Planning & Organizing Skills. • Interpersonal Skills. • Problem Solving Skills.
