Summary About the role: We are seeking a Supply Chain Material Planning Senior Specialist who will be in charge of driving the tactical purchasing process for raw materials to ensure materials availability and execution plan feasibility in accordance with Site inventory policy. Key Responsibilities: Order Management: Verifies material availability, documentation readiness and confirmation of deliveries to site; manage Purchase Orders. Ensure material availability in line with the approved production plan and manage safety stock and cycle stock for incoming materials. Oversee daily Material Requirement Planning (MRP) for all BOM (bill of material) materials, analyzing requirements. Coordinate with warehouse and Quality department to ensure the relevant activities are completed in line with the production needs. Lead action plans to achieve supplier delivery performance targets and drive for continuous improvement. Verify, correct and complete data maintenance requests in compliance with Global Master Data processes and SOPs. Coordinate with all Italian and PRRT (all the sites producing radioligand therapy) global sites to centralize purchase orders and forecasts for critical materials and consumables in order to assure continuous supply. Ensure no raw material Purchase Orders are past due in the D365 System. Manage operational supplier relationships for orders placement and forecasts in collaboration with the SRPM (Supplier Relation and Procurement Manager). Represent Technical Operations Supply Chain in preparing Supply Agreements and support QA with Quality Agreement preparation. Essential Requirements: Ideally, you have experience in Supply Chain OR a scientific background, such as experience in laboratory or pharmaceutical production. Education: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Science, Business Analysis, or in Supply Chain. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Strong adaptability and ability to thrive in a challenging and dynamic environment. Fluent in Italian and English.
