AccessiWay, the first vertical company on digital accessibility, is looking for a motivated Operations Specialist to assist the Ops Team in managing and improving the company's current operations and new projects, through close collaboration with the development, marketing, delivery and other business functions teams.
ACTIVITIES:
The candidate will be part of the Operations team and will be responsible for:
* Operational management, reporting directly to the COO, of micro-projects related to new processes, workflows, products & services, from ideation and analysis to implementation, monitoring of results and optimization.
* Implement the Prod-Ops strategy across countries (Italy, France, Austria, Germany) with focus on process standardisation, tailoring best practices but considering unique characteristics and requirements.
* Collaborate with Revenue Ops and Sales Teams to gather feedback focused on customer experience and internal processes optimization, in order to identify improvement opportunities.
* Collaborate with other teams and business functions to ensure that the processes are streamlined, in line with the company's strategy and support business objectives.
* Communicate process updates and releases to internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Support management with structured reporting and analysis.
* Oversee company data flows, assuring their consistency and reliability.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience: You have at least 3 years of experience in Operations, Sales/Revenue Ops or Operational Excellence roles, or similar. Also, experience in process optimisation, cross-functional collaboration, with major CRM and Project management platforms. Background in SaaS companies is a plus.
Adaptability: You are comfortable in dynamic and evolving contexts, learn quickly, embrace change as an opportunity, and know how to manage the typical uncertainties of a startup with flexibility and openness to feedback.
Proactive Mindset: You do not merely execute but actively seek solutions to problems, delving deeper when necessary. If not immediately knowledgeable, you are motivated to explore until finding the best way to tackle a challenge. Entrepreneurial spirit, curiosity, passion, and initiative.
