The Group Finance Business Analyst will manage and support the Finance module in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Operations (D365 FO). This role involves defining finance processes in D365, organizing configurations and customizations, and collaborating with the ICT department, IT Application team, business process owners, and external D365 consultants.Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain the finance module of D365 FO.Define and improve finance processes, translating them into D365 configurations.Collect business and fiscal requirements and create detailed specifications for system integrators and D365 consultants.Ensure financial processes are properly controlled and supported by the IT system.Optimize the administration-finance-control module across group companies.Manage system configurations, aligning with business processes.Cooperate with business process owners and IT team for issue resolution and process improvements.Analyze, test, and resolve 2nd level incidents related to finance.Support D365 users in functional testing and deployment of new updates.Manage budgets, IT contracts, and external partners.Knowledge Experience Requirements:3-4+ years of experience in D365 FO finance analyst roles, IT consultancy, or structured companies.Cross-knowledge in D365 Finance, Procurement, Project Management, Supply Chain, and Reporting BI modules.Degree in technical or economics fields.Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken) for collaboration with external consultants and international teams.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeContractJob functionResearch, Analyst, and Information TechnologyIndustriesIT Services and IT Consulting
