We are looking for Program Controller.
Site: Cascina Costa di Samarate (Varese).
The Program Controller has the objective of guaranteeing the integrity and accuracy of the Economic / Financial Performance in relation to his reference Line of Business and playing the role of Active Business Partner in support of the Decision-making Process.
The main accountabilities and activities related to this role are following indicated:
1. Monitoring of the economic-financial progress of the orders, ensuring the tracking of the costs incurred during the execution of the works in relation to what was planned;
2. Support for the preparation of reports on the progress of the works, also through the preparation of ad-hoc analyses, highlighting any deviations from both costs and planned times;
3. Support in the verification activities of the revisions of the economic estimate so that they are carried out punctually and consistently between the various components of the program, so as to ensure consistency between the commitments made and the economic-financial implications and guarantee the integrity and correctness of the results;
4. Support in the process of preparing monthly / quarterly / annual reports, ensuring a clear view of the economic and financial results, guaranteeing the quality of the reporting;
5. Support to the Project Manager and all the IPT in the creation of accurate forecasts on the program performance, continuously supporting the team in assessing the impacts of business/operational choices and in identifying recovery actions;
6. Participation in the implementation of a monitoring and tracking system of recovery actions.
HARD SKILLS
7. Master's degree in economics and finance or management engineering
8. Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
SOFT SKILLS
9. Capabilities to work in cross-functional team environments;
10. Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem solving;
11. Ability to synthesize;
12. Good communication skills (written / verbal);
13. Enthusiasm proactive in sharing opinions and viewpoints.
