A job that matters: your task
1. Support mid-term planning, forecasting and budgeting for Operations Global with the focus procurement
2. Lead and further develop procurement reporting on a global level
3. Develop financial scenarios for procurement initiatives
4. Support Operations function in evaluating depth of production, technological vs. economic benefits
5. Develop methods for better procurement reporting and saving tracking
6. Develop a set of KPIs to drive performance of individual procurement departments and give guidance for the future set-up
7. Develop early warning system regarding savings tracking (net and gross)
8. Develop together with controllers and procurement colleagues counter measures of plant deviations and follow up to ensure implementation
An experience that matters: your skills
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a technical field.
2. At least 3-5 years of expertise in operations controlling or procurement controlling
3. Long-term experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting
4. Fluency in written and spoken English
5. Previous experience in an international company is beneficial
6. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
7. Strong communication skills
8. Flexibility to travel for business purposes abroad (6-9 travels per year)
