Job Title: O&M Manuals & Training Manager
We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated professional to lead a team of experienced writers in producing high-quality operation and maintenance documentation, arranging training courses, and ensuring seamless interface management between the Design and Build team and the O&M team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage a group of experienced technical writers to produce customers' operation and maintenance documentation;
2. Ensure timely provision of O&M deliverables and milestones in accordance with project schedule and budget;
3. Prepare and deliver Operation & Maintenance Manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalog, and Training Program Plan;
4. Prepare Technical specifications for subcontractor's manuals and training courses;
5. Develop an understanding of how customers use the manuals and what content needs are helpful. Review and implement customer feedback;
6. Identify opportunities for process improvement, including new editor software, and coordinate the implementation and communication of these changes;
7. Review operation and maintenance manuals delivered by subcontractors.
Requirements:
1. Integrity;
2. Two to five years' experience as a project manager or people manager with a technical documentation team;
3. Minimum 3 years' railway system engineering experience and knowledge of the integrated systems that comprise a metro system;
4. Ability to develop a working knowledge of technical products, processes, applications;
5. International experience and ability to manage international projects;
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
