They're looking for an Algorithm Engineer to help shape the future of industrial automation through innovative research and development. As a software engineer, you'll work alongside applied scientists and R&D teams to implement state-of-the-art algorithms and neural networks into high-performance, reliable applications. You'll contribute to shaping the innovation roadmap by enhancing our core software and supporting technology transfer. Key Responsibilities: Implement advanced algorithms and neural networks into industrial products. Optimize performance on both CPU and GPU platforms. Own and develop core software modules. Key Skills: Strong understanding of computer vision algorithms and neural networks, with proficiency in C/C++/Rust. Experience with debugging tools, version control (e.g., Git), and containers. Familiarity with GPU programming (e.g., CUDA, Tensor RT). Ability to interface with cameras/sensors (C/C++ on Linux/Windows is a plus). Knowledge of MLOps is a plus. Key Qualifications: MSc with 3+ years of experience or a Ph D in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field, preferably in deep tech or ML. Fluent in English (required), additional proficiency in Italian/German is a plus. Strong communication skills and a creative, proactive mindset. Proficiency in clean, maintainable C/C++ code.
