Social network you want to login/join with:Client:MateriaLocation:Assago (MI)Job Category:OtherEU work permit required:YesJob Reference:852418692769015398433710Job Views:3Posted:01.04.2025Expiry Date:16.05.2025Job Description:MATERIA Srl, a leading company in digital printing, is looking for a MARKETING SPECIALIST PROJECT COORDINATOR for its headquarters in Assago (MI).We are looking for a proactive person enthusiastic about Marketing and brand communication, who will support the local team in shaping and executing the Italian marketing and communication strategies in alignment with the brand's vision, mission, and goals.You will play an important role in creating, developing and implementing effective local content and marketing initiatives including creation of website, social media contents and brand communication across media platforms, PR, as well as corporate communication and company events.Main Roles Responsibilities:Create and manage marketing project plans to evolve Materia’s brand presence on the market; monitor and review project progress and timelines with different internal stakeholders; adjust schedules and plans as needed; and identify and resolve issues to ensure project success;Manage day-to-day execution of project implementations from social media channel communication, website development, company events and internal communication.Assist with the planning, tracking, documentation and status updates for the project;Yearly budget planning and execution per project and according to internal procedures, ability to plan, manage and track expenses across projects;Social Media Communication: implement the overall editorial strategy and content calendar for all social media channels (Instagram and LinkedIn mainly), collaborating with internal and external resources.Develop and execute social, PR, website content calendar aligned with business priorities and marketing campaigns together with selected agency.Manage, monitor and evaluate Social and Digital advertisement campaigns with dedicated partner agencies, improving performance.Manage internal employee marketing communication, activities and company newsletter.Graphic activities and preparation of internal and stakeholder presentations together with the creative agency.Management of activities related to the organization of internal and external events with clients.Become a corporate reference figure in the management of marketing and communication activities in a dynamic and fast-paced reality with multiple projects.Facilitate requirements gathering and assist with the creation of project deliverables, as needed;Provide strong responding to incoming agency requests in a proactive and timely manner, demonstrating efficiency and reliability;Ensure the complete diligence of administrative tasks (cost estimates/financial tracking, timing plans, forecasting, contact status reports, etc.).To be successful in this role, we imagine you to have:+5 years of previous experience in marketing and communication in marketing agencies or companies.Experience in digital printing and creative agencies is a plus;Experience in social media, digital media buy and community marketing activities.Exercise solid project leadership and management skills combined with strong proactiveness and analytic skills;Skills in using the MS Office suite - Canva.Graphic and editing skills (images and videos) are a plus.Creativity, proactive approach, project management and a can-do attitude is fundamental for the role.Good eye for fashion/aesthetic social contents is mandatory.Excellent people and communication skills complete the profile.Excellent communicator both verbal and written (in English as well);Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high energy, team-oriented environment;Be able to manage multiple projects/tasks maintaining strong attention to detail;Great team player.What we offer:Permanent contractSalary based on experienceOpportunity for growth and acquisition of know-how in a dynamic and stimulating environmentPersonal data will be processed in accordance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2026/679).
