General Description of the Position
The candidate will perform tasks assigned by the RD&QC Manager and report on work activities and any support needs daily. After a suitable training period, the candidate must be able to think smartly and execute tasks autonomously.
This search is for a replacement for an employee on maternity leave.
Responsibilities
* Management of regulatory and export affairs of pet food, supporting technical-diplomatic mediations with Embassies and Ministries (AAFCO and FEDIAF).
* Nutritional and Technical Support (B2B).
* Management of the self-control manual (HACCP) and traceability.
* Labelling and nutrient profiles of pet food (AAFCO and FEDIAF).
* Management of sampling plans for self-monitoring and/or for external third-party laboratory analyses.
* Customer care and Claims management (B2B).
Required skills and expertise:
* Sciences and Technologies of Animal Production or DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine) Degree.
* Intermediate level or fluent in English.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* A resident near the workplace, headquarters in Nola (NA).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English.
* Diligently performs tasks assigned by the RD&QC Manager.
* Problem-solving-oriented, with excellent interpersonal and relational management skills.
* Positive and can-do attitude.
* Able to work under pressure.
