Your Role
We seek an experienced HRIS Manager to join our Global HR Team, reporting to the HR Operations Director. As a key member, you will play a pivotal role in managing HRIS projects focused on change management, system enhancements, and integrating innovative HR solutions.
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities include:
* Collecting data and analyzing it to improve HR strategies and processes, suggesting ways to enhance the Global Employees Experience.
* Working closely with HR process owners to understand their needs and identify automation opportunities to create a consistent global employees experience.
* Overseeing the launch and implementation of HR software and systems.
* Leading change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new HRIS technologies and processes across the organization.
* Collaborating with HRBP/Center of Excellences and IT teams to design streamlined processes, as well as external solution providers, to ensure HRIS projects are aligned with Kiko People Strategy.
* Being the point of reference for the HR Global community.
* Regularly reviewing and assessing the effectiveness of HRIS solutions and processes, initiating continuous improvement projects to address gaps, enhance user satisfaction, and meet evolving business needs.
* Developing and maintaining HRIS policies, procedures, and documentation, including user guides and training materials.
* Ensuring HRIS compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.
* Facilitating and maintaining relationships with partners, negotiating contracts, creating standards, and ensuring timely delivery of services and support.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
* A Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics or Economics field.
* Previous experience of 4/5 years in HRIS project management, with a strong focus on HR processes design, change management, and technology implementation.
* Deep knowledge of Main Global Human Capital Management Systems, including Workday, which is mandatory.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen interest in leveraging technology to solve business challenges.
* Fluent in English.
* Flexible, pragmatic, and user-oriented.
