Responsibilities Providing daily support for the ELS and process improvement projects. Supporting the business owners and plant manager in analyzing production problems in terms of productivity and quality using Manufacturing 4.0 knowledge. Taking an active role in improvement projects in Manufacturing 4.0, including Quality & Productivity. Improving current business processes through the introduction of a culture of continuous improvement with ELS approach. Participating in trainings given by managers and applying the knowledge learned about daily operations and projects. Providing assistance and feedback to managers; suggesting improvements or changes to existing operations. Communicating between departments to implement processes and changes and supports collaboration. Carrying out projects related to project inputs and outputs, conducting analyses and presentations. Participating, co-facilitating, and leading projects to promote the continuous improvement culture using the ELS methodology. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering), Master's degree is preferred. Open for mobility to different countries and locations in the future; and available to travel in the Southern Europe region. Leadership experience in student associations, overseas study / extracurricular activities exposure is preferred; internships or first work experience in global companies or manufacturing companies is a strong plus. Capable of efficiently handling a diverse workload with multiple ongoing projects. Ability to set and achieve challenging goals, and to work independently and within a team. Analytical thinking, attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills. Versatility in both independent and collaborative work environments. Highly motivated, creative thinker able to work effectively in a fast-paced, change-driven environment. Excellent English proficiency, both oral and written, is a must; fluency in another language is a strong plus.
